Dr. Ryan believes in providing conservative and alternative methods of treatment, while teaching the prevention of disease, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, and inspiring her patients through knowledge to choose optimal health.

Dr. Ryan grew up in the Chicago suburbs, and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at National University of Health Sciences. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology & Nutrition from the University of Illlinois at Chicago. She spent 17 years participating in youth, high school and college athletics, and prides herself on her extensive knowledge and experience working with athletes and their injuries.

She specializes in nutritional counseling and in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, stress, anxiety, infertility, digestive conditions, migraine relief and much more.

Dr. John Silosky, DC

Dr. John Silosky received his Doctorate of Chiropractic with Cum Laude Honors in December of 2008 from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.

Since graduating from Logan and obtaining Board Certification as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Silosky’s experience reflects extensive training in non-surgical rehabilitation of cervical and lumbar disc herniations. As a former high school and college athlete, Dr. Silosky focuses on treating elite athletes while emphasizing sports medicine and extremity rehabilitation to all patients.

Dr. Silosky also obtained certification in Acupuncture which he uses as an adjunctive therapy to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and internal disorders. He is an avid supporter of preventative and conservative treatment emphasizing the importance of patient education, as well as non-surgical treatment solutions.

Dr. Silosky grew up in the Chicago Suburbs and attended Plainfield Central High School where he was a 2-time State Place Winner in wrestling.

Karina Andrade, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Karina is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Chiropractic Assistant. She received her Massage Therapy certification in 2014 from Elgin Community College while working as a Chiropractic Assistant for Dr. Ryan.

Karina prides herself on working within a client's comfort level to achieve the best results. Her focus is enhancing wellness, reducing stress, relieving muscle tension, and improving flexibility.

She offers a therapeutic massage blending Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release techniques. Karina is a dedicated therapist who continues to study different modalities including Deep Tissue Therapy and Pre-Natal Massage, perfecting these modalities and developing a higher level of expertise.

Karina strives to honor body, mind and spirit of all those she encounters and offers a professional and personalized massage experience to help clients attain health and well-being.
