Cupping Therapy
By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways and reduce stress and anxiety through relaxation and blood movement.

Anyone can benefit from cupping. Most commonly patients receive cupping for stress and anxiety, muscle aches and pains, digestive issues, high blood pressure, headaches, weight loss and even skin tightening.

The marks left by the cups can range from a light pink to dark purple color. Typically, the darker the marks, the more damage is in the tissue and the more toxic blood is stuck in the area. The cupping marks can last anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. Typically, we recommend for the cupping marks to heal before receiving another treatment. However, cupping therapy can be performed daily.
