HomeTown Health & Wellness offers member and non-member pricing options to suit all of our patients' needs. Here's what you need to know:
1. A First Visit Appointment with the Doctor is required for all Chiropractic/Wellness patients. It includes a new patient consultation, review of medical history, exam and all first visit treatments. The price is $150 for Members and $200 for Non-Members. New patients may decide to do a Membership on the day of their First Visit Appointment and receive the Member price for the First Visit Appointment. We do accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Please check your plan to determine if our services are covered by your BCBS PPO plan. The patient is responsible for all charges.
2. First Visit Appointments are NOT required for the following services:
Aesthetics (Facials, Waxing, Lash/Brow Services, Body Wraps, etc.)
Laser Fat Reduction
HydroMassage
Infrared Sauna
LED Light Therapy for Aesthetics
Thermography
Massage Therapy
3. HomeTown Health & Wellness accepts the following forms of payment:
Cash, Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, FSA/HSA Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CareCredit, and HomeTown Gift Certificates. There is a 3% transaction fee for all card payments with the exception of Monthly Membership Fees (no transaction fees are charged for membership fees).
