PAYMENT FOR SERVICES - Full payment is due at the time of service.  HomeTown Health & Wellness accepts Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, HSA & FSA Debit Cards, and Care Credit.  HomeTown Health & Wellness does not process insurance claims, and we do not provide billing codes.

BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE - Purchase a HomeTown Gift Certificate at our Online Store and it will be sent to you by email the same day or can be picked up in our Arlington Heights office.

MAKE A PAYMENT, PRE-PAY AN APPOINTMENT, PURCHASE A SERVICE FOR YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE - Making a secure payment to HomeTown is simple.  Let us know what you'd like to purchase and a payment link will be sent to you by email or text message.  *Reminder that all card transactions have a 3% transaction fee (except Membership Fees).  Pay for services or gift certificates at our Online Store.
